Festive Fun with CONNETIX: Christmas Build Ideas from Our Play Ambassadors

Christmas is all about spending time together, creating memories, and finding new ways to connect. At CONNETIX, we believe play is one of the most powerful ways to bring families closer, and this season, our amazing team of Play Ambassadors are sharing their favourite Christmas-themed play ideas!

From creative builds to festive challenges, these activities are designed to spark imagination, encourage collaboration and make the holidays unforgettable.

Sarah from three.wildlings.and.me suggests building a large Christmas tree using all the green CONNETIX tiles you have. It might even be taller than you are! Add colourful triangles as decorations to complete the festive look.

Katherine-Rose from katie_rose_familie came up with a playful twist on gift-giving: wrap your presents in CONNETIX tiles. So this year, instead of ripping them open, the kids can crash them open!

Lucy from lucycollective.space used black road tiles to create a stocking-shaped ball run. By placing it on a pizza tray, the build can be moved from place to place while keeping the balls together.

Sarah from mylittlebrightsparks designed a beautiful CONNETIX centrepiece for the table. With the addition of a candle, it creates a warm and festive atmosphere that’s perfect for Christmas gatherings.

Dominique from mumlife_with_me_and_b added their elf into the mix by building a gingerbread house out of CONNETIX tiles. The kids were invited to add more pieces, making it a collaborative and imaginative activity.

Roxana from citeste_si_creste created a clever advent calendar using CONNETIX tiles, with a surprise in each box. It’s a sustainable idea with no leftover waste.
